FAQs

  • How far in advance should I place my order?
Each garment is made in-house from patternmaking to construction to finishing. There is a lot of attention and detail that goes into every garment so our production requires 6 months for completion. If you require your garment sooner, please email us at atelier@enujora.com for information regarding rush timelines and fees.
  • Do you offer alterations?
By providing your requested measurements (bust, waist, hip, height, weight, and heel height) we create your garment to fit you as close as possible, however, minor alterations are sometimes needed. We do not offer in-house alterations at this time.
  • Why do you use order forms instead of predetermined size charts?
At Enujora, we understand that every body is unique and we take pride in offering customizable sizing making our garments as inclusive as possible. We use innovative technology to adjust our patterns to your specific measurements (bust, waist, hip, height, and weight) and proportions. Whether you have a petite frame, a curvy figure, or any unique shape, we are committed to providing a personalized experience, reducing your need for additional alterations.
  • What is demi-couture?
Demi-couture is the perfect middle ground between haute couture and prêt-à-porter (ready-to-wear). Seasonless, demi-couture capsule collections are often released with limited looks focusing on artisan craftsmanship and eliminating overproduction. At Enujora, our garments do not go into production until your order is placed and are produced in-house by skilled hands. This allows us to customize a Made-to-Order gown just for you or create a bespoke look all your own!
  • What is your return policy?
All Made-to Order and Bespoke garments are final sale.
  • What is a Virtual Measurement Consultation and is it required?
A Virtual Measurement Consultation is not required but strongly recommended if you would like our designer to assist you with your measurements for your gown order and if you have additional questions regarding fit or payment options. During the consultation, you will be guided through every measurement to ensure they are properly recorded for your chosen wedding look. This service is exclusively for our Newlyweds who are interested in a Made-to-Order gown. The fee for this service is $50, which will be credited to your order once it is placed. This means that the consultation fee essentially acts as a deposit, which will be deducted from your total purchase when you order your wedding look from Enujora. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of personalized service, even in a virtual setting, and we believe that this fee structure reflects our commitment to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every newlywed who chooses Enujora.
  • Why do you ask for specific measurements and weight?
At Enujora, we want to make sure your garment fits YOU. We use innovative technology to create custom patterns for every order similar to haute couture. This is a big part of what makes us a demi-couture brand. Please note, minor alterations may be needed but we make every effort to get the fit correct on the first try.
